my weekend in Kopaonik ended abruptly, after an idiot, kamikaze type, decided that it would be a great idea to kick me off my feet. broken a rib, dislocated left shoulder...nothing much. anyway, the positive thing - it was just a great opportunity to take more photos, and that gave me another view on the tracks. some of them - impeccable! others - a mixture of ice and shallow snow - as it was on no. 6. all in all, i think the administrators did their best given the snowfall Saturday to Sunday night. to me, till the kamikaze incident, was absolutely perfect. remember it''s march and the daily temperatures are positive. 200 km south, in Skopje, it was +14... so don''t make complaining an Olympic sport, be realistic and enjoy the snow!
