Like everywhere in the world, even in Kopaonik, there are thiefs and villains. It is a normal thing, given the amount of money being circulated in those coupple of months. There are are always parasites who will attach to the mainstreem blood vesel and suck as much as they can. Imprisoning them doesn''t help as they would be happy in sucking blood from the state budget while having free food, clothes, heating etc. My best suggestion, if I may, is to either rent a place on a walking distance from the slopes and use their own parking, or if your financial situation leaves no other option, go down to vikend naselje, but seek properties that include free transport to the cetral spot several times a day. In case none of these option work, never pay to the parasites more than 200-300 rsd/day as paying in advance for something they do not own is ludacris and nothing but a scam for first time turists.
